Infringements of Clinica copyright
PJB Publications has recently reached settlements with two publishers that copied
articles from Clinica over several years in breach of our copyright. The settlements
resulted in the payment of a six-figure sum to PJB Publications.
In addition to the normal protection provided by copyright law, Clinica’s terms
and conditions of sale prohibit the abstracting of Clinica articles, which are
available only through the various Clinica print and online services.
Clinica maintains a vigilant eye for possible infringements of its copyright
and welcomes any comments and observations from readers that help it to maintain
its strong, independent – and original – output.
