For all your queries related to using Pharmaprojects, our editors are always
happy to help! Whether you require information on source data or searching techniques,
the editorial team are a invaluable source of knowledge.
Monthly or weekly updates
Depending on the subscription you choose, you will receive weekly or monthly
updates of the database so you have the most recent information. Please refer
to our section under Product Information for further details on formats available to find the best service to meet your particular needs.
Dedicated Helpdesk Support
Full product and technical support is provided by our Helpdesk Staff who will
assist you with installation and search queries, monthly updates or any technical
issues you may encounter. We also provide complete technical installation instructions
for the Web and CD-ROM versions. Should you require any technical or search related

Exclusive Members Only Website
As a subscriber, you are entitled to unlimited access to our exclusive Members
Only site which provides monthly update summaries, search tips, the facility to
amend your details, renewal services, details of exhibitions and conferences where
you can visit us, and much more.
Accessed via the Pharmaprojects homepage, the site is free and password-protected.
To view the Members Only section, please browse to the left navigation bar and
click on Members Only. If you have forgotten your log-in and password, please
email Nicolas Johnston with your name, company and subscription details.
Update Analysis
Each month our team of editors produces a newsletter that outlines the latest
changes to the database. These are posted to the Members Only section and a paper
copy is dispatched each month. If you would like to receive an electronic copy
of the Update Analysis, please email your name, company and subscription details
to Claudia Barber.

Free training sessions and beneficial search tutorials:
The 'Tour of Pharmaprojects' is a useful and practical guide that will have you searching the database in
no time. If you are currently a subscriber and would like to obtain a copy you
can download the Tour from the Members Only site or, if you are a CD-ROM user,
browse to the CD, open the Documentation folder and double click the Tour of PP.pdf
(you will need Acrobat® Reader™4.0 to view this file). Alternatively, please email Nicolas Johnston for a paper or electronic copy.
Contained within the Pharmaprojects database is a comprehensive On-Screen Help File that is designed to assist you with all aspects of searching the database and
displaying your results. It also provides detailed code lists for the classifications
used in Pharmaprojects including Therapy, Pharmacology, Drug Protein Target, Indication,
Route of Administration and Origin of Material.
Free training on how to use Pharmaprojects can also be arranged with your dedicated
Account Manager and includes advice on searching different pipelines, product profiles, content
manipulation, presentation of results, use of the help function, trends analysis
and much more.

Subscription rates for 2005
- Subscription prices for the Web (weekly) and CD-ROM (monthly) version of Pharmaprojects
are based on the number of concurrent users per site. Please contact your Account Manager to find out more about subscription options and pricing. We will evaluate your
needs and provide a solution to suit your requirements.
